Terms & Conditions:

General:

• Subscription fee of Rs 699 is valid for 6 months and subscription fee of Rs 1199 is valid for 12 months.
• Subscription is applicable for 2-8 members in the family who are biologically related with each other. To add additional family member to the subscription, user should pay extra Rs 50 per month for each additional family member.
• Subscriber should submit aadhar card details of all his family members as proof of their identity.
• Users will not get discounts when the subscription fee is not paid or is temporarily suspended.
• Discounts on all salaha offered services and products are applicable from Day 1 of the date of subscription and valid upto the subscription validity period.

  Healthcare Service:

• Users will get the discounts on consultation fee at salaha associated hospitals displayed in visit doctors page, will get discounts on blood tests at salaha associated diagnostic centres, will get discounts on scanning at salaha associated scanning centres, will get discounts on medicines at salaha associated pharmacies and will get discounts on surgery & treatments at salaha recommended hospitals only.
• Discounts on doctor consultation, blood tests, medicines and surgery will be applicable from Day 1 of the date of subscription.
• Users will get upto 50% discount on healthcare services and varies with chosen healthcare service accordingly
• Discounts will be applicable only to the family members. Outside family members cannot claim the discounts on healthcare services.
• Salaha is not accountable for any problems occurred by the actions of associated hospitals, diganostic & scanning centres and pharmacies. Only concerned institutions are responsible for their own actions.
• For patients admitted in the hospital, discount will be applicable on hospital bill only.

Grocery:

• Users can buy groceries either by placing an order directly from the website or by sharing their grocery list via whatsapp.
• Users will get quality products for less than wholesaler price at salaha associated grocery stores in the city.
• Users should send their provision list to salaha customercare via whatsapp to get quotation from the grocery vendor. User should carry the vendor quotation and show it to the grocery vendor before purchasing the groceries to get the best price as mentioned in the quotation.

Utility Bill:

• Users will get upto 10% money back on paid electricity bill, property tax, water tax and gas bill.
• For electricity bill, upto three service numbers living in single location will be accepted. All service numbers should belong to the subscriber.
• User should send concerned bill copy and bill amount to salaha customer care. Salaha team will pay the bills and share the receipt along with money back received.

Beauty Service:

• Users will get discounts on beauty services at salaha associated beauty parlours only.
• User should contact salaha with their requirement before visiting the beauty parlour. Salaha will be send a confirmation message with time and code to get validated by the vendor at beauty parlour.
• User should show the salaha sent confirmation message to the vendor to get the discount.

  Ecommerce Products:

• Users can buy unlimited products from salaha online store and avail all discounts.
• Users will buy products from salaha website and apps by paying necessary money to salaha. Purchased product will be delivered to the customer address by the product vendor in due time.
• Users should record a video before opening the delivered product as proof. When the delivered product found to be damaged, respective product shall be refunded and money will be refunded to user salaha wallet.

Grievances:

• Paid subscription fees will not be refunded.
• All grievances and litigations to be resolved in kakinada city, kakinada district, andhra pradesh jurisdiction court only.
• Salaha will have every right to change the terms and conditions whenever there is a change in the market.
• Paying subscription fee is considered to be accepting all the above stated terms and conditions.
